Refund Policy

1. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital software and B2B SaaS products, all payments made to Margolio are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial or in full, for any current or past billing cycles.

2. Free Trial Evaluation

We offer a 14-day free trial on our Starter plan to allow you to fully evaluate the platform, test the compliance calendar engine, and ensure the service meets your professional requirements before making any financial commitment. By subscribing to a paid tier after or during this trial period, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the software and accept its features "as-is".

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Billing dashboard. If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period (whether monthly or annual). Once the billing period expires, you will not be charged again, and your account will be downgraded.

Because we provide full access to the platform for the duration of the cycle you paid for, we do not prorate or refund cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle.

4. Payment Processor

All Margolio payments are processed securely via PayMongo Payments, Inc. If you have a billing dispute, you must contact our support team first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination.
